Refund policy

Opened tubes
An opened tube cannot be refunded or returned. For hygiene we cannot resell opened cosmetics.

Unopened items
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Contact us first and we will confirm the return address: CLC, Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin 16, D16 X4K7, Ireland. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If you are in the European Union you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Contact us to arrange this and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Refunds
Once we have confirmed your refund, it will be sent automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, email us at hello@clclashes.com.

Discount codes and gift cards
Refunds are for the amount actually paid. Gift cards are non-refundable.
